You can your revoke yout consent given in point 4.1. at any time in writing by mail or by email to the parties.
In order to be able to offer you the best possible service when (re)booking an offer from the landlord, the management system offers the landlord the possibility to store personal data in the so-called guest card in the long term.
The providers are obliged to comply with the applicable tax laws and store all data related to a booking / payment and hand them over to the local authorities upon request. The storage of personal data thus takes place at least for the legally stipulated period of retention.
You can always request information about the stored data concerning you from the providers. This request must be made by correspondence (email or post).
At any time you can arrange for the deletion of the data concerning you (with the exception of the data subject to the retention obligation defined under 5.2.). This cancellation request must be made in writing (by email or post) to the providers separately. The providers will inform you about the deletion of the data with a deletion protocol.
